With Care4 we have you covered. How does it work? Upon choosing the right level, which is right for you, complete the application form and then return it to BHSF Employee Benefits Limited.

There are 3 levels of Life insurance we can offer:
1. Individual Level 1 (£5,000 benefit – £2.00 per month)
2. Individual Level 2 (£10,000 benefit - £2.70 per month)
3. Individual Level 3 (£20,000 benefit - £4.40 per month)

Once you chosen the Level, you’ll be paid the chosen sum for example Level 1 you will be paid £5,000. Premiums are based around your age and the selected Level. Couple premiums are also based on the level and age with the oldest adult being insured. Premiums increase with age, the first payment is collected after birthdays. All Premiums are paid monthly through Direct debit tax-free.
